This policy explains what OHKSHA FOODS INDIA LLP collects when you use this website and send us an enquiry, why we collect it and how you can exercise your rights.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through our website, we collect the details you enter:
- First and last name, email, phone number and company
- City and a description of your requirements
- Your consent to be contacted
We also record the page you sent the enquiry from, your browser's user agent and a salted one-way hash of your IP address, which lets us limit repeated submissions without storing the IP address itself. Cloudflare Turnstile processes device and browser signals to check that the form is being used by a person (see below).
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange a consultation or food trial if you ask for one, and improve our services and this website. We use the technical information only to protect the form from spam and abuse. We do not sell your personal data.
Retention
We keep enquiry data for 12 months from the date of your enquiry, then review it and delete what we no longer need. Records used to limit repeated submissions expire automatically within minutes.
Cloudflare Turnstile
Our enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to protect it from bots. Turnstile runs a check in your browser and may process information such as your IP address and browser characteristics. It does not use this information for advertising. Cloudflare's handling of this data is described in its privacy policy.
Your rights under India's DPDP Act
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
- Give you a summary of the personal data we hold about you
- Correct, complete or update your personal data
- Erase your personal data when it is no longer needed
- Address a grievance about how we handle your data
You can also withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect enquiries we have already responded to.
